Ever wondered what it is like to wake up like Bill Gates, or Elon Musk , Jeff Bezos or whoever your role model is ! Worry no more, in this article I will go over the morning rituals, you can incorporate in your daily life to perform better. Your goals could be to study better, or be that lawyer, or that calisthenics master, it all starts with the tiny habits that you have included in your ritual and today we will be talking about those rituals in particular the morning ones.

Firstly, we need to practice silence when we can! This means no to even the most motivating podcast in the world. Ideally you want to relax your brain so that you can tap into its wisdom and creativity. New and innovative ideas comes when you are silently relaxed yet attentive . Try to include a moment of silence in your early morning, say that meditation or calming of mind before your storm it with Tik-Toks , emails, social chatters etc. You can still be intentional about your silence. You need to be deliberate for that you need to be consistent about blocking your time for it. Being intentional on what you want to accomplish while being silent might lead you to clarity in ideas. Meditation is not for removing thoughts but may be you can be intentional about how to use it. There should be the balance between relaxation and alertness while in silence. Just make sure you have a timer set, so you don’t worry about how long you will be in silent for.

Make a truthful affirmations early in the morning. An affirmation is a written statement that directs your focus towards something valuable. Your affirmations should be planned like your commitments. It shouldn’t be a lie which avoids you from taking responsibility. Instead of saying “I am a millionaire” say “I am committed to becoming a millionaire” . Reinforce why this is meaningful to you so you have why behind those affirmations. Also include when you are committed to implementing those activities. To sum up, your affirmation should include what you are committed to , what activities are you committed to doing to ensure success and when specifically are you committed to doing those activities.

Use visualizations to motivate yourself. You need to visualize yourself performing effortlessly . You need to visualize the activities, see yourself writing books in computer to make those books, see yourself enjoying running to make those weight changes.

Boost your energy with the early morning. Benefits for exercising for the morning is much better as it helps the oxygen flow within the body. It helps you feel alive and also gives you the sense of accomplishment.

Read few pages each day. There is solution for every problem in life and those knowledges are contained in the books and have been passed to us. You don’t need to commit to finishing a book. Just commit to few pages a day and try to digest those contents throughout the day.

Clarify by journaling focusing on three things you are grateful for. Start with gratitude and pick 3 things to do for today that will impact you most in your life. By writing it helps us to get clarity in our goals and dreams.

Appreciate your state of life and just be happy with the journey. May be for this you might need to use the bird’s eye view. Embrace who you are and where you are .
