“Prey” has already been attacked by the hunter named “Depression”.

Prey: I am feeling depressed. I am not feeling good. I am feeling like I want to cry for no reason.

Society: What’s the reason?

Prey: I don’t have a reason. I have everything that I had wished for until now. Future is yet to come. Wishes of the future are yet to be fulfilled and If I will work for those wishes, those wishes will definitely gonna be fulfilled.

Society: You take a lot of tension and stress in your life, what leads you to feel depressed.

Everyone, once in their life, will feel the same thing which “Prey” have shared above. Without discovering the reason of the same, one easy answer we all have is “Depression”.

Nowadays Depression has become so common among all of us. It has become so easy for all of us to relate any sort of mishappening of our life with this word. Despite of this, we all should work on the root cause of this feeling. When we are born, we all have different level of emotional quotient and the respective emotional quotient are controlled by different hormones of our body. The hormones and its level of production differ from one person to another person. This article is not to discuss the root cause of depression relating to the terminology of medicine as not being a doctor or in the medicine world I am not authorised to do so.

Root cause of depression is not the stress or tension that our day-to-day life puts on us. But the cause is How we are keeping our Physical body. Generally, we believe that as long as our mental health is good, our Physical health is also good. But the reality is “As long as Our physical health is good, our mental health is good”. The term Physical health is related with the function of different internal body organ of our body other than our brain viz our gut, our liver, our intestine etc. Our body is the accumulation of different type of activities we use to do in our daily life.

At what time we wake up?

Do we exercise or not?

Do we over or under exercise?

What we eat?

How we eat? 

At what time we eat?

Level of a particular nutrition in our diet?

Level of drugs we intake?

Answer of all these questions will give us the hint about how are our guts and other parts of our body is functioning. As long as these body organs are functioning well, we will have good mental health. 

It’s okay to have stress and tension in our life. Without stress and tension, we will not be able to achieve our targets or the things which we want to have in our life. But as long as you are controlling the function of other body parts, these stress and tension will never make you feel depressed.

Now the question is “How to control the function of our other body parts?”. 

It’s all depends upon- 

“At what time we are starting our day”.

“How we are starting our day”.

“What are the things we are feeding”.

 “Whether we are doing exercise or not”.

“whether we are over or under exercising”. 

“At what time we are ending our day”.

“How we are ending our day”.

If we are cautious to the answer of these question then we will be able to manage the function of our brain. Stress and tension will be managed accordingly and we will be able to get out of the feeling of depression.
