Man, and nature got associated with the problem as well as with the solution form the very beginning of their origination. We should look our past and analyse the history. We will realise that when any problem arises, we get the solution of the problem. This is the way how our universe operates. Therefore, we can say that problem is the mother of the solution. Problem gives birth to the solution. When we got entangled in any problem, we become stronger and we move further. We become wiser, more confident not just for ourselves but for the whole world. Practically, if we analyse, we can see that problem is an opportunity to change ourselves, to broaden our views, to make our soul stronger and more delightful. If wea re able to do so, we never face any problem. But, if we fail to do so, we ourselves become the problem to the whole world. There are many lessons which we can learn from the holy book “Bhagavad Geeta”. We can interpret the Geeta on our own way. Two-page article will be less to describe the lessons given by the Geeta. But I will try my best to elaborate all the feeling that make me so overwhelmed when I was reading the respective sacred book for the very first time.
Change is the universal law of nature which we should be able to adapt with easily. Our body has the feelings, emotions, perceptions, etc.
Analysing our action in the right way plays a critical role that helps us to understand what we should do for shaping our attitude towards us and towards other people.
Negative thought should not paly dominant characteristics as it can ruin our choices that we are going to make in our life.
We should never doubt our big dream or we should never be scared of to dream big and put the required effort to make it come true.
Different impulses can be controlled by calm mind. We should always hope for the best. This technique helps us to keep our stress under control and also helps to keep our thought clear. Energy got channelised in the right direction for the gainful endeavours.
Human being experiences unpleasant emotions. This unpleasant emotion gives rise to various negative thought. This finally led us to commit destructive, unfavourable and unpleasant acts.
Putting more and more efforts for gaining knowledge and wisdom, makes us fearless. Fear is the emotion present in every living being. Lack of knowledge and inability of managing emotions are the main reason for the rise of emotion fear in our body. We all should try to get rid of this emotion “Fear”.
To maintain and nurture our relationship two characteristics viz Tolerance and Forgiveness plays an important role. Tolerance and forgiveness help to develop the feelings of love and empathy and also helps us to overcome our divisive thoughts.
We should always strive for success despite of becoming a failure in many attempts. Bad times and good times are the two side of the coin. People who are in their bad times should keep this thought in their mind and protect it until they are out of the “Bad Time” phase. If something is happening very wrong in our life at a point of time, then we should always remember that some good thing is going to happen. We should always wait for our turn and we should do our work that comes in our path regardless.
Attachment and detachment for a particular person or any material always works in two direction. Sometime too much attachment for a particular person and material deviates us from reaching our goal and sometime too much detachment for a particular person and material stops us for reaching our target. Geeta says there should always be balance between attachment and detachment to get our targeted goals.
Bhagavad Geeta provide us the way of living way of thinking and way of making and living our life in spiritual way. We all should embrace each and every word of the sacred book and make our life beautiful.
