Australia has defeated Kuwait 3-0 in the game that happened on Thursday. The game is the part of Asian World cup qualification. Matthew Leckie, Jackson Irvine and Ajdin Hrustic scored the goals for Australia.
Leckie scored the goal in the 1st minute of the match. Australia doubled the lead in the 24th minute of the game with the goal from Irvine. Australia scored two goals in the first half only. In the second half, in the 66th minute, Hrustic scored and Australia finished the game by scoring three goals and not conceding any.
With the win, Australia is at the top of the table from Group B in World Cup Qualifiers from Asia. Kuwait, Jordan, Nepal and the Chinese Team are the other countries in the group. In the other match, that happened on Thursday, Nepal defeated Chinese Taipei 2-0. After the completion of both the matches, the standings on the table haven’t changed. Australia remains at the top of the table and Chinese Taipei remains at the bottom.
