Nepal has defeated Chinese Taipei 2-0 in the World Cup qualifying group matches from Asia. The match was held at a neutral venue in Kuwait’s Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium. Anjan Bista from Nepal scored the first goal in a penalty in the fourth minute of the match. The opposition player Cheng Hau had a foul as he handed the ball in D-area.
Nepal doubled the lead in the 81st minute when Nawayug Shrestha scored the goal. Nawayug scored the goal with the pass from Suman Aryal.
