Name of the dish: Egg fingers
Egg finger is an easy dish to make at home. It requires a few commonly used home ingredients but the taste of it is absolutely delicious. Crunchy on the outside and delicately soft on the inside, it is the perfect snack to prepare at home and enjoy with your friends and family.
- Chili flakes
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
- Break the eggs into a bowl and add salt and pepper to it.
- Whisk the eggs properly.
- Take a clean flat dish and grease it with oil and pour the egg mixture in it.
- Boil some water in a deep vessel and place the egg dish on the boiling water and cover it.
- Steam for around 10 mins.
- Remove the egg dish and cut the steamed eggs into finger size pieces.
- Take 2 eggs, break them in a bowl and add some chili flakes and whisk.
- Drop the finger sized egg pieces in the chili egg mixture and then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the coated egg pieces.
- Serve with ketchup or mayonnaise.
