The protestors were due to arrive outside St Ives on Thursday. Slyvia Dell, one of the group member believes that the climate emergency needs to be the top most priority at the summit.

Cornwall, where this year’s summit is being organized is very vulnerable to climate change as major portion of the place is mostly coastlines that are prone to flooding.

Aside the ER group, activist troupes Red Rebels and Ocean Blues are also staging their protest on the brink of this summit.

The two day G7 summit will commence on 11th of June with the presence of top most delegates from the seven nations.
