We, human beings sit down and think so many good things that we can do in our life. We only sit and think of developing the good habit that could make us the most successful one. But we forget that only by sitting and thinking we cannot develop the habit that we really want to develop. There is some process which is to be followed by our action to actually develop a habit. We can have a grand start of our well-set vision by baby steps. One small process at a time can only help us in developing a habit. Habit should always be achievable, motivating and practical. We all should start form our own room and from developing minor habits such as making our bed daily by ourselves, polishing our shoes by ourselves etc. These are the minor works but for this also we are always dependent upon other. Due to this we have become so lazy that we are not in the state of developing good habit.

We should always try to be better every day as compared to yesterday. This will help us in the slow improvement and bring the great result. This change will also feel effortless and in a very short time we will notice the positive benefits of habit formation.

We always fail at the work of creating good habits and transforming ourselves to the better one because we fail the very beginning process of creating the appropriate environment to engage ourselves in those habit in the recurring basis. We have the habit of talking and thinking the big and only big game but we fail to deliver even a single habit. We forget that for anything to become sustainable it should always be doable and practical. The more doable habit and repeat friendly environment, the easier for us to adapt a new habit. If we want to have a clear mind first of all we should have to get a clear room. We can make it happen, if we really want to make it happen.
