Some memories cannot be forgotten, nor can it be brought back. I often wish to relive school moments. The waves of flashbacks popped into my mind when I think about my school life, gives me an instant goosebumps. Those prattling over some frivolous talks in between the lectures was so much fun. Teachers calling the names out amidst class period and standing up like a boss, not having the foggiest idea about what was being taught and eventually getting beaten up makes me smile even today. Having those heart palpitations moments when teachers ask the whole class questions and heart sink moment when your name gets called up no matter how much you try to hide your face behind your friends back. Forging parent’s signatures in the diary book and showing it to the class teacher because you forgot to show it to your parents, coming to class early and copying lectures that you missed out just because you were too busy talking about some series.
Having snacks until our tummies were full, nonchalantly laughing our heads off over some preposterous stuffs, standing at the assembly in the scorching sunny day, playing hangman, and scribbling over friends copy, writing some nonsensical things, filling up auto books of friends at the last day of school, are the only precious memory that I still hold onto. It still fills my heart with happiness and some thrilling excitement whenever I think of those precious days of my life. It really perks me up whenever mental unrest hits me up. Somewhere between roasting our friends to attending our friend’s marriage, we grew up and have understood life in much better.
