Low pressure wind that has been developed in Bay of Bengal, India have impacted Nepal and the Monsoon have begun in the province 1, 2 and Bagmati Province from Friday. In a day 1 or 2 Monsoon will be started all over the Nepal as confirmed by the Meteorologist Raju Pradananga.
Monsoon is most probably going to be more active from next week and also there seems to be high chances of heavy rains in the various region of the country. Same has been confirmed by the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology. People living in the river banks and the area having high risk of the landslides are requested to stay alert in the coming days. Monsoon usually begins from 13th of June and ends on 2nd of October in Nepal.
This time it is expected that Nepal will have more than average of rainfall during the monsoon this year. Today, it is expected to have light to heavy rainfall in the various region of Nepal. Kathmandu Valley is also expected to have light rainfall from Friday Morning.
