Having been born at 90’s, playing with siblings and with the neighbor’s after-school hours, childhood was well spent. Childhood days were the days where we would get influenced by anything so easily and one was definitely Bollywood movies. Bollywood: the only name that rings a bell whenever I think of watching movies during my childhood days. I have grown up watching Bollywood movies.
From filmy dialogs to the old school romance songs to playing antakshari with you, dear ones, it has a huge impact on me. The wedding event is incomplete if we do not perform on one of the Bollywood songs, and that signature step of the song is mandatory. No matter where you from, you need to dance on the songs iconic hook step. You know, you make up a mind when you see some Bollywood celebrities’ attires on social media platform and go to the designer and tell them to make the same dress. You know you are in love when you hear “Pehla, Nasha.”
Even though I watch Hollywood movies and series on Netflix, whenever I hear the title track of KKHH , I still get goosebumps and my heart is filled with wonderful thoughts and I feel like I am on the mountain scenery with saree, been draped on my body and dancing. I was, I am and I will forever be a Bollywood’s die-hard fan.
