Director general of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, has said and admired the work that has been made by the health personnel of Nepal. He said that they have been discharging their roles and responsibilities despite of the deadly difficulties that has been created by natural disaster.
He has Retweeted a video which was posted by one of the Twitter users, on Friday. Director General Tedros also wanted to confirm whether these workers are still vaccinated or not. He said that it is in our power and it is our responsibility to do everything which we can do in order to vaccine these workers. So, if not now then when? – He asked.
A video which has shown that one of a PPE-clad health worker of Lete from Mustang in the western part of Himalayan region was trying to hold the box of vaccines against corona Virus while two others were supplying it across a flowing river only with the help of a wooden stick.
