Since the past five days, supply of the water in Baglung bazaar has been disrupted. This has led to water shortage in that area.

Due to continuous and heavy rainfall, flash flood and landslides has been triggered due to which drinking water supply has been halted for some days after floods and landslides triggered damaged drinking water pipes. It is making people lives hard. During the normal days also people of this area use to face the shortage of drinking water supply.

In this time people of Baglung Bajar are moving toward Tityad, Gaindakot and Handepakha carrying empty water pots, bottles and jars in search of water. These areas are located just in the opposite direction.

Baglung Municipality Drinking Water and Consumers Committee is trying very hard to resolve the problem of shortage of water supply. But it has not been resolved yet.
